Farmers meticulously hand pick ripe red cherries which are then de-pulped, dry fermented between 24-48 hours, washed and sun dried to create a full and rich flavour profile for an excellent all around coffee.
Notes: Strawberry and liquorice spice, with a sticky toffee sweetness.
