Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are eligible for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day.

 

Authority to Leave & Signature on Delivery

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your parcel—this can be you or someone you trust. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a calling card and take your parcel to a nearby Post Office for collection within 10 days.

If your parcel is returned back to A+ Coffee Roasters by the postal service after the 10 day collection window, we will not be able to process a refund. A replacement order may be sent at an additional cost to the customer. We are unable to resell any of our beverage products once they are returned.

You may choose to have your parcel delivered without a signature i.e. Authority to Leave; however, please note that opting for an unsigned delivery means A+ Coffee Roasters cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been delivered.
