Refund policy

Returns                                                                                                                       Please make sure to review your selection before purchase, as we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Our beverage products cannot be re-sold once returned.

If we have made an error with your order, we will happily send out a replacement. Please email us at info@dmdgroup.au with your order number, and we'll make it right.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exchanges
We can only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. If this is the case, please email us at info@dmdgroup.au with your order number.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within several business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
